I watched a speech by Paul Ryan on TV.
Republican Presidential Candidate, Mitt Romney selected him as a vice presidential running mate.
After the speech, he invited his family on the stage and introduced them.
Then, Mitt Romney’s family joined to the circle on the stage.
In Japan, the politicians rarely involve their family in their political activities.
American way is good, because the family is the base unit of the society.
A politician who has been building a happy family must have a possibility to build a successful country.
We can also learn a politician’s character which is very important factor to vote through his family.
Mr. Ryan’s family seems to be happy.

Great job! I'm looking forward to the election being over. The last six months before the American presidential election are unbelievably obnoxious for the average voter. We're buried under a mountain of fliers, news articles, TV ads and campaign volunteers accosting you no matter where you go.
