I am irritated with a gap between what I expect others to do and what others do recently.
My subordinates didn’t submit report on schedule, my wife who are in Japan didn’t reply to my email, a shop clerk looked down me because of my poor English, and so on.
I have to know that others don’t act as I expect.
It’s difficult to change others, although I can change myself.

I’ve been irritated by the gap between what I expect others to do and what they actually do lately.
My subordinates didn’t submit their report on schedule, my wife who is in Japan didn’t reply to my email, a shop clerk looked down on me because of my poor English, and so on.
I've been/become irritated by the gap between what I expect others to do and what others/they do recently.
It might sound better to put "recently" at the start of the sentence; since it dictates the tense of the verb (with "recently" you have to use a perfect tense) I think it should be near the verb.

I have to know/realize/accept that others don’t / won't always act as I expect (them to).
