My Lunch Box

I brought a homemade lunch box to the office for the first time.
The main purpose was dieting.
Recently there was a strange, tight feeling about my stomach.
The lunch box I can buy at the office is too oily and too much quantity.
My lunch box was simple and easy to make.
It consisted of steamed brown rice with salt sesame and pickled plum, BBQ chicken that had been leftover from last dinner and a heap of salad.
Brown rice requires chewing for swallowing more than white rice or bread.
It is said that chewing foods many times is good for our health and brain.
I felt better than usual after the lunch.
I will make a lunch box tomorrow.
