Japanese travel agencies in LA had a lunch meeting at the Grove that is a popular shopping and dinning mall next to the farmer's market.
The vice president of it made a presentation about their facilities and services.
I learned their concierge service for the first time.
It's a kind of customer service in a mall.
However the quality of the service seems to be different.
When I left the mall, I asked them the exit.
The manner of the concierge wearing a good suits was like the manner of a five star hotel.
They can provide us even a tourist information in LA as one of their services.
The meal at a restaurant, the Whisper was delicious.
It was Seared Rare Ahi Tuna Salad.
The tuna was roasted only on the surface.
Inside was raw like Sashimi.
The soba, Japanese noodle served as a side dish was good, too.
I got some of new and useful information about the Grove for our customer.
