In every office of the company, there has to be a employee who has license of the travel agent.
Most of our employees who has worked for our company for more than five years have it.
Through the exam for it, we study our industry as a whole.
In America, there isn't a specific license for a travel agency and agent.
So that most of our local employees have only knowledge of their own job.
