I received the result of my health checkup that I took last month.
I was diagnosed that my cholesterol level is high to cause the hardened arteries.
I was shocked with the diagnosis.
I prefer vegetables to meats and don’t eat oily meals much comparing to ordinary Japanese.
I exercise at the gym on every weekend.
It seems not to be enough.
OK, I will be careful of my health more.
