There is our group company that handles tours of Japanese companies in America.
They used to deal their business trips, mainly air flight tickets.
Because of the internet, the sales of air flight tickets have been decreasing rapidly.
Now they focus on the business to arrange meeting, incentive, convention and event of their clients instead of the tickets.
However they don’t have enough operation staff and system for those businesses.
My company has them, although we don’t have sales function like them.
We have to complement each other to grow as a group company.
We have to remove the invisible walls between us.
