One of them is an American medical equipment company whose average age of their employees is 75 years old. Their business is growing. They devise the operation of their manufacturing. Most of their employees are in charge of multi jobs in order to cover the sick leaves that happen a lot to them. The company can hire them at cheep wages because they get pension.
A German auto maker made a manufacturing line with only old employees. In the line, their employees can work sitting down.
We are aging and the ratio of old people is soaring.
We have to create job opportunities for all generations.
