I had a dinner with my colleague who came here from Japan to handle an event in his charge.
He complained about his boss.
His boss gets a lot of new businesses which his team has not experienced.
It's troublesome for his subordinates to treat them.
I understand my colleage's feeling.
However, the most difficult job is to develop a new business.
His boss is a genius for getting new business.
Unfortunately, his boss doesn't seem to have a talent for team management.

God Doesn't Give Two Gifts {This is a title, so all the main words should be capitalized.}
I had a dinner with my colleague who came here from Japan to handle an event he is responsible for.
??? This sentence is not clear. I think you want to say: His boss gets a lot of new business which his team has no experience with.
It's troublesome for his subordinates to deal with.
I understand my colleague's feelings. OR I understand how my colleague feels.
However, the most difficult job is to develop a new business. {Business here means, "a company."}
His boss is a genius for getting new business. {Business here means, "clients or customers."}
Good. You have some interesting thoughts. The problem is that it is not clear what you mean by "business." Is this STARTING a new company? Or is it getting new clients? :)
He is expanding our conpany's business field.
Our main business is travel, but his team deal with events' planning and operation.
Or perhaps: I had dinner with a Japanese colleague who came here to meet with one of his clients.
Or perhaps: His boss gets a lot of new business with which his team has no experience.
Or: It’s challenging for his staff.
Or perhaps: Although his boss is a genius at developing new business, he has no talent for managing a team. God can only bestow one gift at a time.
