VIP Greeting

I went to LAX airport to greet our VIP clients.
Whenever our VIP clients come to L.A, Our GM or I greet them.
I understand it’s important to convey our gratitude to the clients directly on behalf of our company.
However sometimes it’s boring just to greet them for a few minutes at the airport or a hotel.
By the way, I always wonder the security of the baggage on the turntable at a domestic airport. In most of domestic airports in the US, nobody check the tag attached on the baggage with the tag which the baggage carrier has at the exit.
It seems that the baggage can be stolen easily, although fortunately I haven’t heard of that type of the troubles to our clients.
