90% of our company’s employees are Japanese.
It was 50% ten years ago.
The biggest reason for this decreasing is the shrinking of the market.
In accordance with this market change, we reduced the number of employees.
And remained employees have had to been in charge of multiple jobs.
Since most of our customers have been Japanese, many jobs had needed Japanese communication skill. As a result most of our employees are Japanese.
Now we are trying to be a global company to handle the tourists from the world.
In order to achieve that goal,the diversity of employees’ nationalities will be necessary.
