I heard a clinic's advertisement on radio about their special treatment for preventing palm sweating.
It sounded strange for me.
In Japan we don’t care about that so much.
We depict a heated game as a palm sweating one. It is not used with negative image.
American people shake hands more often than Japanese.
I assume that is the reason why American people care for palm sweating.

Or: Sweaty Palms
I heard a clinic's advertisement on the radio about their special treatment for preventing palm sweating. (or preventing palms from sweating, or sweaty palms)
It sounded strange to me.

We depict a heated game as a palm-sweating one.
It is not used as a negative image. Or: It does not have a negative connotation.
American people shake hands more often than Japanese do.
I assume that is the reason why American people worry about (having) sweaty palms. “Care for” tends to be used for good things, like having dry palms, and “worry about” for not having bad things, such as sweaty palms. :-)
In the US, confidence is more important than in Japan.
I'm trying to conceal my nervousness caused from lack of English ability in front of American people.
