Concerning my car accident last Saturday, the insurance company informed me that the other party was claiming he had been injured from the accident.
I don’t believe his claiming from the following three points.
First, the damage of his car was too light to make him injured. It was just scratch.
Second, his break at the collision was too light to make him injured.
If he had stepped break suddenly, the cars in the back of us would have been involved.
Third, the police who came to the accident venue confirmed us there was no injured in both of us. So he left the venue without making any report.
I know symptoms of some injuries from car accidents appeare later.
However I don’t believe his clamming at all.
I also know if I hadn't caused the accident, nothing would happened to him.

Concerning my car accident last Saturday, the insurance company informed me that the other party was claiming he had been injured from/in the accident.
I don’t believe his claim for the following three reasons. "points" is okay, but usually "reasons" would be used.
First, the damage to his car was too light for him to have been injured.
Second, his braking at the collision was too light to have caused an injury.
If he had braked so suddenly, the cars in back of us would have been involved.
Third, the police who came to the accident scene confirmed that there were no injuries to either of us.
So the police left the scene without making an accident report.
I know that symptoms of some injuries from car accidents can appear later/afterwards.
However, I don’t believe his claim at all.
I also know that if I hadn't caused the accident, nothing would have happened to him.
Akira san, Welcome to America! This is a common occurrence in the US. People will cause an accident on purpose to try to get insurance money! Let the insurance company handle it and try not to worry.
