I bought a chinning bar at a supermarket, which had been advertised on TV.
We can install it at a doorway of our house quickly without any tool.
We can do not only chinning-up but also four more exercises like sitting-up with it.
It was only 15 dollar instead of 40 dollar which hwas original price on TV.
I can exercise anytime, anywhere with it.
I know a plan is different from an accomplishment.

I know people who broke their doorframes because they were too heavy.

I have one of these. I don't do it every day, but I do it alot. It is always attached to the door (between my kitchen and my dining room). My arms are much stronger than before I got it. I also do leg lifts on it, to improve my stomach muscles and decrease size there.
