Last night, I attended a party of our company.
I made a toast in the party.
My brief speech in English before the toast was terrible.
I forgot a sentence in the middle of the speech.
I stopped the speech and repeated the meaningless sentence twice.
After the mess, I got back to the normal and somehow finished the speech and toast.
I was depressed.
When I make a speech in English, I always speak about what I memorized.
Once the memory was lost, the speech would be messed up.
On the other hand, when I make a speech in Japanese, I always speak about what I’m thinking.
Once I lost my words, I could find another similar words.
There is a big difference between them.
