Violent TV Programs

I disagree with the idea that laws to manage violence that is appeared on TV.
私はテレビでの暴力映像を管理する法律に反対です。

There are two reasons for this.
それには２つ理由があります。

First, we have the right for free expression.
第一に、私たちは表現の自由の権利をもっているからです。

Also, there are some people who need it.
それから、それを必要としている人がいるからです。

The first reason is that we have the right to express freely.
第一の理由は、私たちは自由に表現する権利をもっています。

Violence is a kind of expression.
暴力は一種の表現です。

We can’t classify whether it is suitable to show or not.
私たちはそれが見せるべきものか否か分類することができません。

Moreover, stupid programs such as variety programs are also unsuitable for society’s health as well as violent one.
さらに、バラエティのようにばかげたプログラムも暴力と同様に、社会の健全さには貢献しません。

However, if we decide to manage these types of programs that may have negative influence on society, TV program will not able to keep having diversity.
しかし、もし社会に悪い影響をあたえるこれらのタイプのプログラムを管理することを決めれば、テレビ番組は多様性を持ち続けることはできないでしょう。

It is ideal that we can watch not only programs that have positive meanings but also programs that have negative meanings, though we should know how to choose them that we should watch.
私たちは見るべき番組を選ぶ方法をしらなくてはなりませんが、ポジティブな意味のある番組だけでなく、ネガティブな番組をみることができるのは理想的です。

Thus, any laws should not exist.
ゆえに、どんな法律も存在すべきではありません。

Secondly, certain people need various kinds of violence images.
第二に、いろいろな種類の暴力画像はある人々に必要とされています。

For example, people who have to work stressful situation need this kind of images in order to make their frustration calm.
例えば、ストレスの多い環境で仕事をしなくてはならない人はこの種の画像を、欲求不満をやわらげるために必要としています。

Without a doubt, violence is not allowed attitude.
疑いなく暴力はゆるされません。

However, it is sometimes effective to control mind.
しかし、それはときどき精神をコントロールするのに効果的です。

Moreover, we can learn that we should not harm anyone, because various kind of violence images teach me that nothing will be born from violence.
さらに、私たちは誰かを傷つけるべきではないことを覚えることができます。なぜならいろいろな種類の暴力イメージは、暴力からは何も生まれないことを教えてくれるからです。

For example, images of the war tell us the tragedy of people who were involved the war.
例えば、戦争のイメージは戦争に巻き込まれた人々の悲劇を伝えてくれます。

In addition, images of boxing tell us importance to commit rule.
それから、ボクシングのイメージはルールを守ることが重要だということを教えてくれます。

Therefore, various types of violent programs should not be managed.
ゆえに、いろいろなタイプの暴力番組は管理されるべきではないのです。

For these reasons, I disagree with the idea that laws should be managed violence images that are shown on TV programs.
これらの理由から、私はテレビで放映される暴力的なイメージを管理することに反対です。
