I explained about a Japanese SUSHI restaurant to my foreign friend today.
I was aware over again that it has strange systems to surve SUSHI to consumer, although I had never thought that the system was strange.
Since I have been very familiar with the system, I had never thought about it deeply for a long time.
The strange system is that a long table that SUSHI are served round.
They exist in front of consumers and they look like rails of train.
We can take dishes that SUSHI is putted on from the rounding table as many as we want.
The dishes are classified by color and prices of the each dishes is fixed.
For instance, a red colored dish is worth of 100yen and a blue colored one is worth of 200yen.
Most of children tend to want to take blue colored dishes, so they are often given a caution for eating expensive dishes from their parents.
It is a smile-provoking scene.
When we finish eating, a staff of restaurant counts the amount of dishes and culculates a charge.
The charge is always not expensive.
However, there are two kind of SUSHI restauants in Japan.
The first kind is rounding table restaurant that I explained and the second kind is traditional SUSHI restaurant.
The latter is very, very expensive, though we can eat proper and dericious SUSHI.
So, we have gone to rounding SUSHI restaurant very often since we were child and been very familiar with the system.
However, I guess that it is strange for foreign people.

I was reminded that it has strange systems to surve SUSHI to consumers, though I had never thought that the system was strange before.
Since I'm very familiar with the system, I had never thought about it deeply before.
The strange system is that there is a long, rotating platform that SUSHI is served on.
They rotate in front of customers and they look like moving trains.
We can take as many dishes of sushi that we want from the rotating platform.("putted" is incorrect. "put" is past tense form; also, I would use "platform" instead of table because it's weird for a table to move)
The dishes are classified by color and the price of the each dish is fixed.
For instance, a red colored dish is worth of 100yen and a blue colored one is worth of 200yen. (don't need "of" after "worth")
Most of children tend to want to take blue colored dishes which are expensive, so they are often given a warning from their parents.
When we finish eating, a restaurant staff member counts the amount of dishes and calculates the total price.
The charge is never expensive.
The first kind is a rotating sushi restaurant that I explained and the second kind is a traditional SUSHI restaurant.
The latter is very, very expensive, though we can eat proper and delicious SUSHI.
So, we have been going to rotating SUSHI restaurant very often since we were child and been very familiar with the system.
