I thought when I watched TV last night.
Must we do as follows?:

Then the university distributed "Uchiwa" or a Japanese handy fan to all people to deal with this heat.

The Government that decided it like 25% saving disappointed me.
一番最初の感想は、
「大学に団扇と扇子を配ってのはちょっと誇張過ぎるではないか」
ですね。
うちわを配って､生徒が教室であおいでいました。
これではいい研究は出来ません。
実験室の中で専念しないと…分かりました。
でも、なんとなくこの挙動は台湾政府らしいですね…
