A schoolboy fell down in a train during few second times when I came to the office.
I was going to help him, but I couldn't do it because it was very crowded.
Fortunately, he wasn't hit his head on the floor because the passenger around him made him supported.
Then he got off at the next station.
Probably it is an anemia or an epilepsy attack, I guess.

A Schoolboy Fell Down In On A The Train
I saw a schoolboy fell fall down in on a the train during few second times when when when I came I was riding it (the train) to the office for the second time. - I am not sure what you wanted to say here. I made the correction assuming you saw the boy fall when you were riding the train back to work after lunch or coming to work on your second day. If you want, please explain this to me more so that I can write a better correction :)

When I was sitting on the train's seat, a student became unconscious in a train and he fell down. It was an incident within 1 minutes.
Probably it is an I think it might have been anaemia or an epilepsy attack, I guess - I think it sounds better now :D
