The staff members took day off in turn this week.
13th to 15th is called "Bon festival."

I have worked at our office since yesterday.
About the half staff members took day off each day of this week.

Even if there are few staff members, the volume of works doesn't change.
The incidents of food poison also happen, the frequency is the same as usually.
So,I am very busy today, too.
今週職員は交代で休暇をとっている。
１３日から１５日は「お盆」である。

私は昨日から働いています。
約半数の職員は今週の毎日休暇をとっている。

職員が少なくても仕事量は変わらない。
食中毒事件も普段と同じくらい発生します。
だから私も忙しいです。

「文と接続詞」について、以前拝見しましたが今一度見てみます。
