Some bashing to the our employee increased recently.
Our workplace is a branch office.
The office has the regular staff and the part-time staff , about 60 people in total.
I worked at the current workplace for five years thirty years ago.
Now we'll deal with some demand if a visitor comes during the lunch break.
It seems the system was started ten years ago.
However, on the old day we didn't do such thing.
That's why we put the card "just now the lunch break" on the entrance door.

Since it is a workplace, customer sounds better.
It seems this system was started ten years ago.
However, in the old days we didn't do such thing.
That's why we put the card "at lunch" on the entrance door.
Our staff members work hard, but some citizen have complaint for our staff's salary.
Any way, do you have a lunch break completely?

'bashing' usually means physical violence ie. members of your staff have been attacked. I'm not sure what to suggest as an alternative.
