When I was going to eat a fruit, I found a bug in it.
Suppose one customer complained about all of these things.
If you have an experience of 3 above I wrote, what do you do?
1) I would just not use that restroom and go somewhere else. If it was really bad, I would inform one of the workers about it.
2) I would most likely scream and throw the fruit away.
3) If it was pre-made food, I would call and complain.
I don't like to complain. ^_^
Have you visited "Public Health Center" ?
I can't list them, but the parts are as follows:
1. Assisting with medical expenses for specific disease.
2. Issuing permits (Licenses) to the restaurants.
3. The inspection of the appropriate administration of the hospital.
4. The prevention of the cancer.
5. Compiling statistics of various diseases.
Finally, of course we checked radiation victims on the 3.11 Disaster ( Nuclear Plant explosion) .
Generally, we don't have snow compared with Fukushima and Tohoku area ( north of Japan).
I have visited Korea three times on winter, our area's weather is similar to there.
So, my English-English dictionary didn't have "Claimer".
By the way, how does "the Public Health Center" in US deal with such complaint?
It was unfamiliar word .

When I visited a restaurant, it's restroom was messy.
When I was getting ready to eat a fruit I bought, I found a bug in it.

I think "Complainer" is better. At my job, we say "consumer"
You are always dealing with it, aren't you?
Which do you use better, claim or cases?
Next time I'll use "case" in the conversation.
