I watch a trip/travel program often on TV.
Trips to the foreign countries are broadcast these days.
I watched the programs on Taiwan, India and Turkey carefully/attentively recently.
In Taiwan, a program/feature on Taipei lasted three weeks.

you were lucky.
"Goreme" is an unfamiliar place for me.
I check it on the web.
I often watch a trip travel program well on TV.
I am not sure but does よく mean "often" here instead of "well"? It is more logical if it does.
"Travel" is used as a modifier. "travel gear", "travel bag", "travel guide" (the printed stuff, not the "tour guide"), etc.
The Shows/Programs featuring(or "about") trips to the (Let's omit this to generalize on the "foreign countries".) foreign countries is are (for "Shows/Programs") broadcast these days.
Although your Japanese sentence has no mention of "shows" or "programs", it sounds incomplete without it in English. IF I understood correctly. haha
I watch shows/programs about places where my friends live in particular.
I often watched the programs of Taiwan, India and Turkey well recently.
Again, I'm not sure if you meant "often".
Yesterday, it was a Turkish program yesterday.
In my opinion, there is a bit of a nuance regarding where you put "yesterday". When you start with "Yesterday", it is like saying "Regarding yesterday" or "BUT yesterday, it was different. It was a Turkish program." or something like that. There is more emphasis on the fact that it is about "yesterday".
Thanks for many infos.
I should have used "often" instead of "well".
And other advice are very useful.
Finally, let's visit Turkey together someday. ( laugh)
I carefully watched a travel program well on TV.
I attentively watched the program of Taiwan, India and Turkey well recently.
Thanks for correction.
By the way, you live in Hawaii. right?

What do you think of travellers?
