I'm working in the public health center.
The function of the public health center was originally the duties that the police performed.
When an infectious disease occurred, they quarantined a patient forcibly.
The duties continued until about 1990.
However, we do everything based on keeping the human rights now.
Roughly speaking, our tasks are to secure the hygiene of inhabitants.
I can't list up all, but the parts are as follows:
1. The assistance to medical expenses for the specific disease.
2. The permission of the restaurant business.
3. The inspection of the appropriate administration of the hospital.
4. The prevention of the cancer.
5. The statistics of various diseases.
Finally, of course we checked the person of the radiation victims.
