An 8-year-old grandchild is staying at our home since a summer break.
She participated in "radio exercises" today.
I explain this exercise outline.
It is held for the purpose of our maintaining health from childhood.
An instructor has been teaching the exercise on a radio because there was not TV in those days.
Now it is started at 6:30 a.m. and for 5 minutes for an adult to participate.
The exercises are held on through the year, but children participate during the summer break.
