I don't know the difference of some English words to use.
I guess these have some different nuances to comparer with them.
I wolld like you to help me about them.
For example.....

A.
1) "There is many things here."
2) "There is a lot of things here."
3) "There is lots things here."

B.
1) I have to go there.
2) I must go there.

C.
1) Hi, everyone.
2) Hi, everybody.

D
1) You might like it.
2) You are sure to like it.
3) Maybe you like it.

英単語の使い方の違いがわかりません。
おそらく、比較すると何らかの違いがあると思っています。
だれか教えてくれませんか?
