It's still a bit difficult to find the best expression for "Find out the latest news about discounts and new offers!". I'm having a trouble translating "offer" into a suitable Japanese word. "物件" often means "property", so "商品" or "製品" may be better.
Anyway, I translated the article again to sound like an advertisement of the site.
