I have an original character (OC).
自分はオリジナルキャルクターがあります。
I haven't decided as of yet on which name I should choose for her.
まだ彼女の名前を選んでありませんでした。
But I'd like to call her Chrono girl.
ただし、クロノガールを呼ばれたい（呼びしたい。。？ maybe?）です。
An unknown entity has sent her on a mission.
知られていない人が彼女は使命を送り出した。
Her mission is to find people who are chosen to receive her letters from the future or past.
彼女の使命は未来と過去の手紙を受け取る人を見つける。
She does this by time traveling in a train that can go all around the world.
タイムトラベルして、世界中で行くことができる電車は。。。（ Better way to write this 文？：（ ）
People can get onto her train by just going to the metro.
単に、地下鉄を行っており、人は彼女の電車に乗ることができます。
The next train they will enter will be her train.
次の電車を入っており、彼女の電車します。
As you will receive your letter, you will either time travel to the past or future.
きみの手紙を受け取って、過去や未来にタイムトラベルします。
And as for what's in the letter...
手紙の内容に関しては。。。
It's a bit ambiguous ^^; It could be your new fate...or anything really.
ちょっとあいまいな＾＾；それはきみの新しい運命がある。。or anything really.
She also has another goal, which is to draw all of the panoramas and emotions of the human world.
彼女は違うの目的がある。人間の世界全部のパノラマと気持ちを書くのこと。
That's why she has pencils, brushes, pens and other things in her hair : D
そのために、髪の中に鉛筆や、プラシや、ペーンや、他のことがあります。
Also she likes to use "~gozaru".
ところで、「〜ござる」っていうのことが好き＾＾
It is her habit.
習慣です。

指命 doesn' exist in Japanese words!
At first I typed 指名 incorrectlly, I noticed this mistake and I intended to correct it but I made a mistake again. lol
使命 is correct.
Mmmm, it's difficult question to answer.
In this case, I think ところ isn't similar to "here" but "a part."
I can't explain it well, sorry.
