November!

Now it's getting colder than ever and there has been strong wind blowing for 2 days. I feel really cold:(
I hope I would get used to this sooner...

Well, I've been thinking about the spelling of American English and British English.
For example, centre and center, you know.
So I thought "November" could be "Novembre"...but is it correct?

Here's an another question.
What is the difference between Autumn and Fall?
How does one meaning have 2 different words?


I hope you can understand my poor English writing...and correct my writings.
