I have often tried to eat healthy foods and cut down on high-calorie foods since I have the disease. Recently, I'm into healthy beverages now,especially soy milk and ginger tea:)

Soy milk seem to clear the skin, relieve stress and prevent breast cancer. Ginger tea can improve the circulation and prevent a cold. Furthermore I hear that both can promote weight loss.So, I try to have them everyday if possible♪

A few days ago, I was glued to that article. Because I sometimes think that my memory is decaying, probably due to the antidepressant withdrawal symptom.
