e.g. I always order chilled tea for my beverage. (100% of the time)
He usually has lunch in the pantry. (80% of the time)
My boss seldom eats in fast food restaurants (10% of the time)
She never uses her credit card when paying the bill in restaurants. (0% of the time)

    This kinda means "he eats inside the pantry." Something like "He usually prepares lunch from the pantry" should be okay.
