I was wondering if you could correct my English.
The requirement for this assignment is to inform employees at the office of a new email address.

Here is the situation:
"Your manager, Janie Abe, just got a divorce. She has changed her name back to Janie XXXX, and will start using her old email address.

Send an announcement to all the staff that from now on they should be using her old email address: janie.XXXX@YYYYY.com"

Here is my note, but I am not sure whether my English is correct or not as I am a beginner in business language .

'To all staff members,
Please be informed that Ms. Janie Abe has changed her name to Janie XXXX. From now on, please use her old email address: janie.XXXX@YYYYY.com '

I would greatly appreciate if you could give me advice or correct my English for the business situation.
