My Michigan friend, Gay and I went to some garage sales today. It was my first time to go there. So, I was so excited. I found some books and DVDs for a really nice price. I bought each book for only 50 cents. I also bought each DVD for two dollars. We do not have a garage sale in Japan. I really think it is a good idea to recycle.
After we enjoyed it, we enjoyed looking around houses. Gay's husband is a doctor, so she lives in a huge house. However, she told me there are huger houses near to her house. I was so surprised to look at those houses. Although I really do not think that I would like to live in such a huge house, I quite enjoy seeing them.
We also enjoyed shopping again. She took me to some antique shops, art shops and stationary shops. I bought somethings for my daughter.
She took me to a good Mexican restaurant. It was my fist time to eat some Mexican food at a fancy restaurant even though I ate it at Taco-bell. It was extremely good. When I eat some Mexican food last time in America, I did not think I like it, but I realized that I love Mexican food. When I visited America last time, I could not become like American food. However, I like Mexican food. I also love sweets where Gay's husband, Bas took us. The cake where he took us was very good. I realized that if people would like to eat good food, we have to pay much money in America. It is a quite common sense in the world.

It was my first time to going there.
We do not have a garage sales in Japan.
However, she told me there are huger bigger or larger houses near to her house.Huger is wrong. You can only use: Huge, more huge, and hugest. Or large, larger, and largest. ("More huge" is a weird grammar rule.)
I bought some things for my daughter.Something = unspecified item. Some things = multiple things.
It was my fist time to eatting some Mexican food at a fancy restaurant even though I ate it at Taco-bell.
When I eat ate some Mexican food last time in America, I did not think I liked it, but I realized that I love Mexican food.
When I visited America last time, I could not become like American food. (This sentence is weird/confusing. XD; I think you mean, "I could not get used to American food." or "I could not get a taste for American food.")
It is a quite common sense in the world.People usually simply say "It's common sense."
I didn't know Japan doesn't have garage sales. 0:
