I went shopping with my family today. My daughte wanted new outfits as her Christmas gift and I wanted a new laptop as my Christmas gift. Our Santa was busy to go shopping with us.
When my daughter was a young child, we pretend that Santa looked alive. However she graw up and she already knows who is Santa.
Therefore we go shopping and she asked her father about her gift.
She got new sweater, boots,jeans and jacket and she looked so happy. My husband knew that I wanted a new laptop.Because my old laptop sometimes happens problems and I can't use it.
When I study English I use Internet so laptop is necessary for me.
We looked around into the electric shop and picked up some of them.
I didn't know which is the best for me.
I'm not familiar with PC therefore I followed my husband's advise.
I think that I got a nice one.
After we came home , I use it soon. It is very comfortable for me.
Now I'm writing with my new laptop. I'm looking forward to studying English with this new one.

I don't know if you'd have to add an article in "laptop is necessary for me", so I changed the whole sentence. ^_^'
"Therefore" always starts a new sentence:
I don't know anything about it. (<- full stop) Therefore I can't help you.
I don't know anything about it, (<- comma) so I can't help you. (The sentence being this short, maybe the comma isn't necessary, though.)

However, I've been planning to buy a microphone compatible with my laptop so that I could use Snapvine (it looks like the phone recording feature isn't available in Finland). Or wait, maybe I'll just ask for that from my uncles.
I think I could afford coming to Japan even now, but I wouldn't have too much money left after that. (その後、お金をあまり持ってない人かもしれません。）
