Today is the last day of silver week. From the begging of this morning, I had a headache. I guess that maybe I cought a cold. Therefore, I took a nap for two and half hours after I chatted with my Skype friends. To tell you to the truth, I wanted to go out though, today was rainy day and it wasn't good to go to the national park. Therefore, I want to go to there this weekend.
After taking a nap, I eat out at Korean restaurant with my family. I'm picky about food and I don't eat too much though, I ate a lot.
Then my feeling got better right now.

To tell you to the truth, I wanted to go out though, but today was a rainy day and it wasn't a time good to go to the national park.
So, I want to go to there this weekend. ("therefore" is slightly formal. We also use it in debate and proofs. Ex: x^2 is always positive for real numbers. Therefore the range of y = x^2 is the set of all real positive numbers for any given real number value of x)
After taking a nap, I ate out at a Korean restaurant with my family.
Even though I'm picky about food and I don't eat too much though, I ate a lot.
I feel better now. (standard phrase)
