Yesterday morning one hour ago after breakfast I felt like somebody was stinging my stomach with a lot of needle points. It was very painful and I couldn't stand it. It was so painful that it became difficult for me to breath. It was getting numbness both in my arms. It brought out in a nervous sweat a lot even though I was lying. I called my husband and asked him to bring some medicines. He asked me if he would gentle on my back, but I didn't want anybody to touch me. Even though he asked me if I was OK many times, I couldn't response. He said he would call ambulance or would take me to a hospital. I thought I had to go to an emergency because it's a "obon" season. I thought it was embarrassing. I took some medicines and asked my husband if the medicines wouldn't work out for me, I would go there.
I struggled against the painful for some minutes. It was much more painful than contraction. I guess it was only for 5 to 6 minutes, but I felt like the painful would continue forever. Although the medicines worked out and I became better, I had to struggl against a side effect next. I felt vomiting all day long and couldn't eat anything.
My husband researched what happened to me and said I ate something wrong that my body couldn't accept. I ate breakfast that he cooked me and it was the food that my body couldn't accept! He loved spicy food and that was very spicy. I'm really worried that I go to Thailand now because most of the food are very spicy. Now I feel better, but I'm still sick.
