I'm going on diet and would love to lose weight. This year I went to America three times and I gained because most of America foods are greasy for me and I didn't move. Everyone prefers driving in America; of course my American friends don't like walking.

I'd love to lose at least 5 KG in this summer. I started exercising: when I walk with my dog, I wrap 2 KG weights on each my ankle and walk for an hour every evening. I can become sweat a lot and it's good for me to consume fat. I also skip my dinner every night. I lost 2 KG and it's really working out for me.

If I could lose 10 KG before going to Thailand, it would be great! So, I have to walk now!!
