I finally came back to study English again. A week ago I returned to Japan and had been suffering from a jet lag. I became lazy and hadn't posted anything in English for a while.

You don't need "a" before jet lag
Also, "had been suffering" sounds a little strange to me
After I returned to Japan, I updated my blog.
It sounds more natural without "entry".
If you are interested what I did in America, just visit my blog.
You don't need "to" here.
