My Worry

A phone called midnight yesterday. We jumped up because calling midnight is always a bad sign.
It was from my father-in-law. He said that my mother-in-law admitted herself to hospital. While stretching, she had a crick in the back and broke her medulla spinal. She is over eighty years old. We worried about her.
Although I didn't say it, but I thought she might keep to her bed in the future. I didn't want to my husband worry about it. According to my father-in-law, she has to be in hospital at least for three weeks.
This morning I asked to my mom to visit her because my parents live close to the hospital in where my mom-in-law has been. She called me that even thought she has to be in hospital, she seemed to be fine. When I listened to it, I felt at ease. We will visit her this weekend.

My phone rang at midnight yesterday.
We rushed to answer it because a midnight call is always a bad sign.
While stretching, she hurt her back and broke her medulla spinal.
Although I didn't say it, but I thought she might be bedridden in the future.
This morning I asked to my mom to visit her because my parents live close to the hospital in where my mother-in-law has been.
When I heard that, I felt better. ("At ease" would mean you don't worry about it at all. You could use "more at ease", though.)
The phone rang at midnight last night.

He said that my mother-in-law admitted herself into the hospital.
While stretching, she felt a crick in her back and broke her spinal medulla .
Although I didn't say it, but I thought she might be forced to stay in bed in the future.
I didn't want to my husband to worry about it.
According to my father-in-law, she has to be in the hospital at least for three weeks.
This morning I asked to my mom to visit her because my parents live close to the hospital in where my mother-in-law has been. ( I think most people say only father/ mother- in law. "Mom-in law or dad-in law sounds kind of strange. However, when speaking to their in-laws, people sometimes call them "Mom or Dad".)
She called and told me that even though she has to be in the hospital, she seemed to be fine.
I really hope you mother in-law makes a full recovery soon.
For someone over 80 years-old, she sounds like she is in great health.
I'm sure because of her great health, it will help her make a speedy recovery.
I will wish her the best.
