I read the article which was written about the result of questionnaire to Chinese. The Chinese newspaper company for overseas Chinese conducted a survey of Chinese reader which country's people you want to get married to? The result was that 1/4 of the Chinese men answered that they wanted a Japanese wife, on the contrary, most of the Chinese women answered "American", or "South Korean", 3% of them answered Japanese.

The reason why they wanted to marry Japanese women was that they thought Japanese women are "gentle","cute", and "absolutely Japanese girl!!!". It's inexcusable that some of them answered "for revenge of the war", "I became to like Japanese girl when I saw adults videos". In the case of Chinese women, each over 14% of them answered "American", "South Korean", Others are 8% "British", 7% "French", 6% "North Europe". They tend to like "White people". Some of them answered "I want American nationality". The main reason that South Korean people's popularity came from Korean films. Even so Japanese men weren't popular for Chinese women.

【成都（中国四川省）＝河崎真澄】華僑向け通信社の中国新聞社がインターネットで中国人の読者を対象に調査中の「結婚したい外国人」アンケートで、男性は４人に１人が「日本人女性」と答えた。これに対し女性の場合は「米国人」「韓国人」にあこがれる回答が集中し、「日本人男性」はわずか３％と振るわない。調査には１１日までに男性で４１００人以上、女性で２１００人以上が回答している。複数回答で調査は続いているが、中国人男性が日本人女性と結婚したい理由には「優しい」「かわいい」「なにがなんでも日本女性」といったコメントが並ぶが、一方で、反日感情から「日本人に復讐（ふくしゅう）するため」との屈折した回答や、「日本のアダルトビデオを見て好きになった」などといった困った回答もあった。中国人女性の場合は、米国人と韓国人がいずれも１４％を超え、英国人８％、フランス人７％、北欧人６％となっている。“白人志向”がうかがえるが、中には「米国籍が欲しい」といった分かりやすい回答もあった。韓国人男性が好まれたのは、中国のテレビでも高視聴率の「韓流ドラマ」が影響した。日本人男性について読者コメントはほとんどなく「興味なし」のようだ。

That is pretty interesting... The women's answers were pretty obvious to me. I can't believe there are men shameless enough to actually admit, to a newspaper, that they want to marry Japanese women for "revenge" or because of "adult videos".

Some of those reasons are truly horrible. I actually know a guy who's like that. He used to work at a restaurant where a lot of Japanese tourists would visit, and he'd unabashedly hit on them, simply because "they're Japanese." Not to mention he doesn't like Chinese girls (he's Chinese too, living in Hong Kong), because he thinks they're not pretty enough. Ugh...

Wow, this is a really interesting entry. I would really like to read it!

As an Asian woman who grew up in the US, I must say that my friends and I have also discussed this in length before. Unfortunately, there is a stereotype surrounding Asian woman in general, labeling us as "weak", "demure" or "gentle". I have had some men approach me for these reasons. It's very strange and quite offensive, honestly.

I grew up in a Taiwanese family, but I also have Chinese and Japanese ancestors. I am aware of the bad blood between all three countries, and it still shocks me that those men would want a Japanese wife as an act of revenge.

I'm really interested in reading the next entry~!

うん。でもいますよ～そういう中国人男性。というか、中国人は基本的に政治的な発言大好きですからね。言い合いになって負けると「日本が中国に昔何をしたか知っていますか？」っていきなりまったく関係のない歴史問題を出してくる中国人男性いままで何人も見てますから…。
でも、そういう人は幸せになれません。
結婚がなんのためにするものなのか？
どう考えても愛国心のためにするもんじゃないですよね。

アダルトビデオは多いですけど、あんなのは演技だし、男性が下手だったら…。。。

残念ながら中国にはそういう男性は結構いますよ。
Kimmaiさんのコメントにも書いたけど、言い合いになって言い返せなくなるといきなり南京大虐殺の話を持ち出してくる人とかいますねぇ。洗脳されている人が多いと思います。
そういう人ばっかりじゃないんですけどね…。やっぱそういう人に会うと正直「あ～またか。めんどくさい…」って思っちゃう…。
女性では…見たことないですね？？？

でも、日本でもそういう人はいますから、なんとも言えないですね。どの国にも過激な思想を持っている人はいますから。

そうそうそう！ここでもそうだよ～日本人の女の子は優しいからって近づいてくる中国人と日本人以外の外国人多いです！それで、私のことをよく知ってガッカリします(笑)

ここは歴史上、日本に支配されていた土地なので日本人留学生の中でも中国人と日本人のハーフだったりクォーターだったりする子がいるんですよね。で、そういう子って、すごく微妙な立場ですよね。日本のことを悪く言う中国人に会うこともあるだろうけど、そうなった時に彼らは純粋な日本人じゃなくて中国人の血も入ってるからなんて思うんだろうな。

可能日本女生也想和白种人结婚。
其实我不太了解。
我家附近有美国军事基地，有很多日本女生找“美国的男友”。
我看不起这种人。。。
我有过“外国人”的男友，但没找过“外国人”的男友。

前に中国人の女の子で、外国人の彼氏をわざわざ探す子何人か見たり聞いたりしたけど、嫌ですね…。好きじゃないです。外国人の彼氏や旦那さんがいるかどうかは関係ないんです。わざわざ探す人は嫌ですね。

中国人の女の子でもそういう子って特殊な感じがします…。

うん。やっぱり、2年間、中国にいるから…
私もそういう中国人の女の子もたくさん見てきました。
すごく意外だったのは中国の女の子は貞操観念が強いからいないと思ってたんだけど、売春する子もいるんですよね。外国人の彼氏探して簡単にセックスしちゃう子もいるし。見た限りではそれほど多くはないですけどね。少なくともいるんだなぁ～と意外に思ったのは事実です。

私は留学生寮に住んでいますから、そういう女の子もやってきますよ。
うちの留学生で中国人の女の子に警察に連れて行かれた子がいますね。その留学生は中国人の彼女がたくさんいたんです(笑)
でも、その中国人の女の子も「英語が勉強したい」ってあっちこっち言い寄ってたらしいし…。
「その外国人の男が悪い」って言う子がいるけど、子供じゃないからどっちも悪いと思う。

日本にもいます。そういうのは恥ずかしいですね。

でもしょうがないです。いろんな人がいますから。
