For example:
"I ate sushi"==> Sushi wo tabeta (寿司を食べた）
The sushi is what's being eaten.
Or to use one of your sentences... "en wo mite" (corrected this way because what you said...made no sense. miru is a verb on it's own and doesn't need 'desu' there. the -te form is a command form). You are telling someone to look at a circle. It's what the circle is being looked at.
Now the difference between wo (を） and が (ga) is harder for me to explain...even though I understand it.

This time, you use Japanese verbs, "miru","hajimeru".
Japanese verbs have complex conjugations.
ex.
miru = see
mi-nai -> watashi wa eiga wo minai.
I don't see a movie.
mi-ta -> watashi wa eiga wo mita.
I saw a movie.
mi-masu -> watashi wa eiga wo mimasu.
I see a movie.
(mi-masita -> watashi wa eiga wo mimasita. I saw a movie.)
miru -> watasi wa eiga wo miru.
I see a movie.
miru-toki -> watashi wa sono eiga wo miru toki ni ko-hi- wo nomi masu.
When I see the movie, I drink a cup of coffee.
mire-ba -> watashi ga sono eiga wo mireba, naku de syou.
If I see the movie, I will cry.
miro -> sono eiga wo miro.
See the movie.
Japanese verbs have six patterns.
It depends on the situations that Japanese verbs change.

sushi ga suki desu / sushi wo konomi masu
These are the same meaning, but former is more natural.
If you use wo, you can say "sushi wo konomi masu"
place/location
We use de, ni, and e
at my house: watashi no uchi de hataraki masu/I work at my house
to my house: watashi no uchi ni/e kimasu ka?/Do you come to my house?
place of destination:doko e/ni iki masu ka?/ Where do you go?
nihon e/ni iki masu/ I go to Japan.
Basically,
subject wa object wo verb.
watashi wa shigoto wo shimasu.
We make this form. But there are many exceptional forms.
So you have to remenber the form like "like"!!
