This is for IELTs writing task 2.
Question is below:

Women and men are commonly seen as having different strengths and weaknesses. Is it right to exclude males or females from certain professions because of their gender?

My answer is below:

There is a statement that a certain professions should be excluded depends on genders because male and female are generally viewed as holding different strength and weakness.

Some people argue that, recently, the traditional situation has getting changed. However, I point out that there is a few kinds of job that can be managed only by male or female for their innate charectoristics.

From the traditional point of view, one of strengthes for male is having more confidence than female. That could be the reason more the position of president and CEO in the private sector were dominated by male rather than female. But, with recent tendency, the more female has been getting higher position not as it was in the past decades.

Netherthless, there is clearly a certain jobs that meet for male charectoristics; that is salesman. It is told that male features mental toughness in the business field as it is told that female is volnerable in the field. I can state that this kind of job suit for male, not say that it should be employed only for male.

On the other hand, female have distinction of duration; male are more high-motivated to promote themselves through short way. In this way, it could be mentioned that female seems to fit on simple work or rutine work such as office work.

The equality in the workplace between male and female has been changing in current years as time has passed. However, there are some jobs that suit for each gender because of their innate features.
