Today was a day totally off from work, so I was able to relax all day long :D
Well, do you know that the Japanese prime minister has changed. To tell the truth, the prime minister has changed over and over again (6 times for this 5 years). I'm very eager for a person with strong leadership, good-nature, and intelligence!

In the past 5 years, we have had 6 different prime ministers due to the constant changing. (Again, your sentence wasn't completely wrong, but this sounds more natural.) ^^

I'm very eager for our prime minister to be a person who is good-natured, intelligent, and has strong leadership skills. (Sometimes for the sentence to flow more smoothly, you have to reorganize the sentence a little.)

Your sentence doesn't really have any grammar mistakes, but we rarely say it like that in English. So maybe you could change it a little? Maybe something like "The new recruit is always willing to learn new things and gain more experience, so everybody is expecting great things from him in the future."

I can't afford to get down to new duties, let alone meet the deadline for the current one.
I can't afford to increase my work load now when I can't even manage to meet the deadline for the current assignment at hand.

I admire you for tackling “let alone” in English - it’s hard!!! I can’t meet the deadlines for my current jobs, let alone start any new ones. / How can I begin any new work when I can’t even meet the deadlines for my current work!<o:p></o:p>

I have added some alternative translations, just to give you other ideas. It doesn't mean there is anything wrong with your translations (except where I corrected something, hehe). I just thought I would show you what feels natural for me. With the types of sentences you have here, there are often many different ways they could be translated.

Just for your information:

"The prime minister has changed" really means that he is the same prime minister we had yesterday, but something about him has changed. I have not corrected it, because it could be understood the way you wrote it as "The (occupier of the office of) prime minister has changed". It's OK or even normal for informal writing or speaking.

If you were writing a formal essay, you should be more precise:
The prime minister has been changed.
The prime minister has been replaced.
A new prime minister has been appointed.
