I can't help but to compare myself with others. In the process of comparing somebody else's talent or ability with my own, I develop jealousy towards the person. I am jealous of other people's success and I get more anxious to improve myself in order to surpass them. Does this sound like I have an unhealthy mind? Perhaps, I need to stop paying attention to what other people are doing or what they have achieved.

Each emotion has two sides of a coin. For example, jealousy can be destructive in which it will make somebody go crazy and harm others or themselves. But it can also be a motivational force to help one get motivated to improve themselves.

I like to see what other people are doing and think what I can improve. However, sometimes I focus too much on their success and get carried away by the negative emotions I get from it. Considering my background, I should feel grateful for what I have.
