How To Form a New Habit?

I am not an expert in this subject and building a new habit has always been a challenge to me. However, I was able to form new habits after reading a book named <The Power of Habits>.

There is a little story about how I became aware of this book.

Last year, my mental state was not very stable and I would constantly feel depressed. One day, I decided to do something about it because it was affecting my work and health. I started to write about my day and practicing yoga. Since then, I never lived my day without these two things.

One morning, as I was writing my diary, a phrase occurred in my mind and that was "The Power of Habit". I wanted to learn more about how habits work and I found this book that had exactly the same name that I was thinking about.

It's been almost a year since I read the book. And by the way, I didn't finish it because there were so many words I didn't understand. However, I still feel the impact it had on my life.

Basically, there are three key factors to form a new habit: trigger, behavior and reward.
