Today is the third Sunday and my Yoga lesson's day.
It was happen during the yoga lesson.
One of members suddenly went out the room and she didn’t come back for a while.
Everyone thought what happened to her.
When she entered the room, she said “I suddenly sweat a lot, so I went out here to get rest. But I still feel sick. I have to go home.”
Before the lesson, she was fine and she talked with us.
The instructor said "Yoga is not heavy exercise. This is a rare case. You never push yourself during pose."
I hope she’ll be fine soon.

I’m Worried About Her
Today is the third Sunday, and so it's my yoga lesson's day.
It was This happened during the yoga lesson.
One of members suddenly went out the room, and she didn’t come back for a while.
Everyone thought wondered what happened to her.
"Thought" and "wondered" are similar, but "wondered" works better in this situation.
When she entered the room, she said “I suddenly sweated a lot, so I went out here left to get rest.
Before the lesson, she was fine, and she talked with us.
Good job!
I have a question.
Does "left" means "went out" the room in that sentence?
I thought "left" means "stay" the room.
For example "He left the children in his car"
I know the meaning of "leave" like this example "He left the children in his car"
Leave has many meaning, right?
I didn't know I can say "I left to rest"
I’m Worried About Her
Today is the third Sunday and my Yyoga lesson's day.
It was Something happened during the yoga lesson.
One of the members suddenly went out left [went out of] the room and she didn't come back for a while.
You can say, "went out of the room", or "left the room". I think "left" sounds better, but either is ok.
Everyone thought wondered what happened to her.
When she entered the room, she said “I suddenly started to sweat a lot, so I went out here to get some rest.
Before the lesson, she was fine and she talked with us.
I think, "she seemed fine" instead of "she was fine" sounds better and less assuming. But there is nothing wrong with this sentence.
You should never push yourself during a pose."
ヨガをいつかやってみたいです。でも体が全然柔らかくありませんので、ちょっと、痛そうです。英語が上手ですね。
Davidさん、日本語の先生ですか?
ヨガを続けていると体は柔らかくなりますよ。
Thank you for correcting my journal.
Are you an English teacher,David?
If you continue to have yoga lesson, your body is getting flexible.
職場で無料のヨガレッスンがあるので取るつもりでしたが。やりたいけど、まだ、なんとなく、取り始めていないんです。
