I’ll note here not to forget what I learned today.

“Please take care of yourself.” sounds like parents say it to their children, so if you say the phrase to the elderly, it’s rude.
You should say “Take care”.

I simply thought “Take care of yourself” is more polite than “take care”.

When someone asks you a question, you shouldn’t say to them “I don’t know.” The phrase sounds like you’re leaving (abandoning?) askers.
You should say “I’m not sure.”

When people asked me a direction in foreign countries, I just said to them “I don’t know.”
Being ignorance is fearful! (scary?)
