For Learners of English [This is more clear; an "English learner" could be a person from England who is learning something.]
Unfortunately, there are fewer native English speakers here than people who write English entries. [A "native English speaker" is an English speaker who has spoken English since birth ("native" means "having to do with birth"). Alternative: "... than people who write entries in English."]

It’s funny that because I hear a lot the word “English learners” in Japan.
"English learners" consists of two separate words, so you cannot call it a word; the word to use for that is "phrase".
