I watched the movie with my son yesterday, at a theater near my town.
The movie was made in America, and its name was Thor Ragnarok, a one of series of Avengers or something.
I am not interested in Avengers, and it was the first time for me to watch that movie.
I thought the movie was made from many factors of Scandinavian myth.
The main characters were Thor and Roki, who are Gods of Scandinavian myth, for example.
In a book of Japanese translation, which I read when I was a child, Thor was pronounced "TORU".
But in the movie, it was pronounced "SOU".
In Japanese language, we do not have a sound of "th".
Many people have struggled to translate the sound of proper nouns correctly.
In a book, they translated it literally instead of focusing how it sounds.
In a movie, they translated it as it sounds instead of focusing how it spells.
