restart

I hadn't keep studying English so far.
but I know I have to restart.

After the terrible quake occured,
there've been thousands of information.
I cannot see which one is right one.
Some say Government is putting facts of nuclear out.

If I could understand English well, I were able to judge the informations.

So,
I restart to study English.

Please correct my poor English!
